CCTV Petition: Just a few more days to make your voice heard!
World Horse Welfare's petition calling for Defra to make CCTV mandatory in all UK equine slaughterhouses will now end at midnight on Tuesday 2nd May 2017.
The closing date has been brought forward due to the announcement of the upcoming General Election. As a result, all parliamentary business - including petitions - will be stopped until after the election.
Thanks to an amazing response from our supporters, we already have over 17,000 signatures asking Defra to make CCTV mandatory in all UK equine slaughterhouses. Please add your voice if you have not already done so, and encourage your friends and family to do the same.
