Digger

Digger is a beautiful Clydesdale who stands at over 19hh. He came into our care when his owner was sadly no longer able to look after him.

When he arrived at Belwade Farm, Digger was treated for lameness in his left hock. He now has special shoes made and fitted to help him bear his weight.

Digger often plays a very important role at Belwade Farm, helping new horses settle into the surroundings and routines of the centre. He is a real gentle giant and loves meeting his adopters and all visitors to the farm.
