Once the horses and ponies that come into our care have been fully rehabilitated, and are ready to be rehomed, they are added to our Horse Loan Scheme website.

If you are interested in being considered for any of the horses on the site, please complete an online application which will go directly to the relevant Recovery & Rehabilitation Centre for consideration.

Horse of the Week: Thistle

Thistle is a pretty little mare with very unusual markings that make her really stand out. She could do well in some inhand showing for fun. Sweet natured and cute, she has a lovely, kind temperament that makes her popular with her companions. Thistle is a sensible young lady who is very good with other youngsters but she will mix just as easily with older horses. Despite a cruel start to her young life, Thistle is a unique little mare who deserves a very special home.
