" This age of disposable things should not apply to animals. If anyone can take a horse, or knows someone who can, please consider rehoming a horse from World Horse Welfare. "

Louis

REHOMERS MUST BE AWARE SHETLANDS GAIN WEIGHT EASILY AND THIS MUST BE STRICTLY CONTROLLED TO AVOID THE RISK OF LAMINITIS. Louis is a gentle little pony with a very kind and sweet nature. He socialises well with all his companions but likes to avoid trouble and keeps well away from any boisterous behaviour. Louis is a friendly pony once he has overcome his shyness with unfamiliar people. He makes a fantastic non-ridden companion as he enjoys the company of others but he is equally happy to be left on his own for short periods of time. Louis is looking for a calm, relaxed home where he can lead a quiet, serene life.

Temperament

Louis is a very friendly Shetland and he is easy to handle in every way. He is sometimes timid to catch but never turns his nose up at some food!
