What's On?
Penny Farm - Lancashire

Do you love Pippa Funnell's Tilly's Pony Tails?? We are launching a brand new Tilly's Pony Tails Book Club for Spring 2012 exclusively for our Juniors.
The club will run from January to April on the last Sunday of each month (4 sessions in total) and will be a great opportunity to come along and share your favourite Tilly's Tails books, have fun with Tilly's Tails games and things to make. You will get to have a go at grooming our ponies and to learn more about how to look after a pony with our grooms. As we are giving you the chance to work with our ponies numbers are limited so please book your place as soon as possible. The first Tilly's Tails Club will be on Sunday 29th January – you don’t need any special equipment just remember to bring a coat and some wellies as some of the session will be out doors. Each session will be £4 or you can book all 4 for £15. For more information or to book please email us now - pfvisitorofficer@worldhorsewelfare.org
February 2012
Wednesday 15th Feb - Groom a Pony Session. Starting at 12pm come along and learn how to care for our ponies for the afternoon. An informative and fun session for all ages. You can also enter our fab colouring competition. Please contact Penny Farm for more info.
Throughout half term week (Saturday 11 and Sunday 19) Penny Farm is focusing on recycling. Hoping to beat the £700 they raised from last year's Rags for Nags event, we want you to bring along any unwanted clothes, household textiles (not pillows or duvets), paired shoes, handbags, belts, books, CDs and old computer games. So why not have a good clean out of your room for the new year, pop along during normal farm hours and help horses and ponies at the same time.
