Meet Sole

Sole is now looking for a new home as a companion with potential. Sole would be happy to be a companion and enjoys walking out in hand and long reining with her groom. In the right home Sole could be brought into very light work as a lead rein pony, however due to her small size we are looking for a long-term home where she isn’t quickly outgrown and where she won’t spend lots of time in the school. Sole is good to handle but can be sensitive so would need to be handled primarily by an adult. Sole lives happily in a small group of mares on restricted grazing and could stable part time. If Sole were to be brought into ridden work, she would have a weight limit of 6 stone.

Important stuff

Sole could be worked in the future.

History

Sole was a welfare concern in October 2020. Her owner had over 100 unhandled equines and the numbers were increasing and out of control.
