Meet Lily-Rose

Lily is a bright mare ready to find a new home as a non ridden companion. Lily lives out 24/7 on restricted grazing so would suit a home with ponies on the same management. She would be best in a home with one or two ponies rather than a large group and one with a good routine. We would also be looking for a knowledgeable, quiet handler for Lily as although she is good with all her tasks, she would not suit a novice handler. Lily has been left for short periods in a previous home while her companion went out riding and this could be introduced again in the right environment.

Important stuff

Lily-Rose can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Lily-Rose is not suitable to be worked.

History

Lily Rose was born at Glenda Spooner Farm in April 2016. Her mother was part of a large welfare case. She was successfully rehomed as a youngster and only came back due to a change in circumstances. Lily was reassessed but sadly, is not suitable for ridden work.
