CRM Officer
Remote Working
Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week
Salary £37,500 per annum
Are you an innovative and certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional who wishes to be a valued member of a busy and friendly fundraising team, taking responsibility for the management of the charity’s future Dynamics 365 CRM?
The charity shall shortly begin the discovery phase of its CRM project, to deliver its future Dynamics 365 CRM. The new Dynamics 365 CRM will be at the heart of the charity’s success, to deliver excellent supporter data quality for its fundraising and communication campaigns to supporters.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, and collaborating closely with the Head of IT, CRM Project Manager and Data Analyst, the CRM Officer shall be a vital and visible role, fundamental to the charity’s fundraising success, to further its vision of a world where every horse is treated with respect, compassion and understanding.
Through your proven Dynamics 365 CRM skills and experience, you will also lead on the charity’s CRM business processes and data quality, collaborating with fundraising, communications, IT and finance stakeholders, colleagues and third party suppliers.

This position is based remotely. But you must be a resident of the United Kingdom with all the necessary legislative ‘right to work’ documentation. You will be required to attend the charity’s head office located in Norfolk a minimum of 6 times per year and this will be at your own expense for travel and accommodation.

Maintenance Supervisor
Glenda Spooner Farm, Somerton
Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week
Salary £28,132 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Glenda Spooner Farm in Somerton for an experienced maintenance supervisor to work closely with the Centre Manager to efficiently maintain the general buildings and pasture at our Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Somerset.
The key responsibilities of this role are to ensure an up to date, well-planned, effective preventative and reactive maintenance regime is in place. This role is responsible for one maintenance assistant and is required to provide daily support and on-going training and development as required. You will be responsible for the critical systems such as drainage, water, lighting, heating and fire-related alarm systems as well as ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for the pasture management and the use of all relevant chemicals and pesticides where necessary.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in general maintenance in relation to buildings, grassland/pasture management and have the ability to react swiftly to maintenance requests to meet strict timescales. You will possess excellent communication skills, highly organised with a sound understanding of the principles of H&S and Fire Safety in a similar environment. You will also be required to drive certain farm machinery such as tractors and transporters.
This is a full-time role, working flexibly over 7 days. Free onsite accommodation may be available for the right candidate.

Legacy Marketing Officer
Hybrid Working – Home/Snetterton, Norfolk

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Legacy Marketing Officer to build and maintain a strong Legacy Giving programme by developing long-term relationships with donors, ensuring they feel appreciated and connected to World Horse Welfare’s mission.
This role is key to sustaining donor retention through personalised communication, reporting on the impact of their contributions, and creating a meaningful donor experience. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Officer and wider Fundraising and Communications teams, you will help enhance every donor touchpoint, secure support through gifts in wills and make sure every donor feels valued and closely aligned with the charity’s mission and successes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, friendly and dedicated team at one of the UK’s leading animal welfare charities and play a vital role in growing our fundraising success.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced fundraiser, ideally with legacy stewardship experience, who understands the importance of legacy giving and can communicate options clearly and sensitively. You’ll be familiar with online legacy platforms, aware of the legal and financial aspects of gifts in wills, and committed to ethical fundraising. Strong copywriting, data skills, and experience with social media campaigns are essential, along with excellent communication, project management, and the ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment.
