Meet Ace of Spades

Ace is ready to rehome as a light Hack only. He has recently returned from loan, and is now looking for a home with a slower pace in life, with someone who has no aspirations other than to enjoy gentle hacks out. He is a lovely, friendly little pony, who would love to find a home where he can go out and explore the countryside. He is brilliant to hack in company and alone, he doesn't get excitable, and is the same whether you ride him every day or give him a week off. He is currently hacking around our farm tracks 3/4 days a week. He is good to catch, handle, groom, bath and for the vet and farrier. He gets on well with others, but does tend to be better with horses of similar size or bigger. He can't be turned out with mares, as he shows too much interest in them, but can be in a field next to them. He needs his weight watching in the summer months, so a home with equines of similar needs would be ideal, and he doesn't like being left on his own on the yard/in the field, so will need company at all times. Ace has a maximum rider weight limit of 8 1/2 stone. If you can offer Ace a home, please apply online.
