IT Support Technician
Snetterton, Norfolk
Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
Salary £28,500 per annum
World Horse Welfare are seeking an experienced IT professional to join the charity. The aim of this role is to encompass the organisation’s Helpdesk (1st through 3rd line support) and IT Technician responsibilities to include day to day support, issue resolution, repairs, maintenance and improvements as well as project support. This role is based at our head office in Snetterton, Norfolk and will support all our sites across the UK as well as end users abroad. Occasional travel to our four UK sites will be required.
We are looking for someone with experience in Windows Operating Systems (Pro/Enterprise & Server), Android OS, M365 administration (including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online), Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Print) and Networking (including routers, switches, cabling, APs).
The successful candidate will have great people & communication skills and be able to communicate concepts and instructions clearly to people with non-technical backgrounds.

CRM Officer
Remote working

Are you an innovative and certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional who wishes to be a valued member of a busy and friendly fundraising team, taking responsibility for the management of the charity’s future Dynamics 365 CRM?
The charity shall shortly begin the discovery phase of its CRM project, to deliver its future Dynamics 365 CRM. The new Dynamics 365 CRM will be at the heart of the charity’s success, to deliver excellent supporter data quality for its fundraising and communication campaigns to supporters.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, and collaborating closely with the Head of IT, CRM Project Manager and Data Analyst, the CRM Officer shall be a vital and visible role, fundamental to the charity’s fundraising success, to further its vision of a world where every horse is treated with respect, compassion and understanding.
Through your proven Dynamics 365 CRM skills and experience, you will also lead on the charity’s CRM business processes and data quality, collaborating with fundraising, communications, IT and finance stakeholders, colleagues and third party suppliers.

Location
This position is based remotely. But you must be a resident of the United Kingdom with all the necessary legislative ‘right to work’ documentation. You will be required to attend the charity’s head office located in Norfolk a minimum of 6 times per year and this will be at your own expense for travel and accommodation.

Head of Finance & Administration
Hybrid Working
Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £55,000 per annum
We are looking for a self-motivated and results driven Head of Finance to join World Horse Welfare in a newly created role reporting to the Director of Finance, IT & Administration, line managing three members of the Finance and Administration team.
In this vital role, you will ensure strong financial controls across all areas of the charity, manage income and expenditure, and lead on statutory accounts preparation, payroll, VAT, pensions, and tax compliance. As a key business partner, you will work closely with budget holders of all levels and provide commercial data and analysis on the performance of the charity operations, including the four Visitor Centres, to ensure excellent financial foresight and planning, as well as enabling the senior leadership team to make timely strategic decisions. You’ll also oversee governance responsibilities such as annual statutory filings, insurance, fleet management and reporting on the annual carbon footprint.
We are looking for a qualified accountant who has experience of charity finance at a similar level, an in depth understanding of charity VAT and experience running in-house payroll process. You will have the ability to explain financial information and produce financial reports for a wide variety of audiences. High level of IT skills particularly around data manipulation and Excel is essential. As a line manager to three members of staff, you’ll have previous experience in managing a team in a supportive an effective manner. Experience of the retail environment, familiarity with fundraising methods and regulations, and experience of finance system implementation is highly desirable.
The role is based in Norfolk and is currently a hybrid split of 2 days in our head office in Snetterton and 3 days at home. You may be required to attend events around the UK so the ability to travel occasionally is necessary.
