Bambi
Meet Bambi
Bambi is ready for a new adventure as a youngster. When he arrived at the farm, he was unhandled but has since come on leaps and bounds, building up a bond with his groom and learning basic life skills. As with all our youngsters, Bambi has learnt to lead in by himself or with another well behaved pony. He is good to groom and catch and will stand in a stable for short periods. Due to his breeding, he will need restricted grazing but may require supplementary forage in winter while he is still maturing. He is also currently fed a balancer to provide extra vitamins and minerals. Bambi currently lives out 24/7 with other geldings and would make a lovely friend to one or more geldings in a home. As he is still young, it will be important that he continues to have daily, basic handling and constant equine friends. Once settled he could learn to stay on his own for short periods as part of his education and he could have the potential to be backed in the future at around 5 years old. For now, he would make a lovely companion and enjoy the next few years just growing up in a new home. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BAMBI WOULD HAVE A FUTURE MAXIMUM RIDER WEIGHT OF AROUND 7 1/2 STONE. He currently stands at 13hh but has a predicted height of around 13.2hh
Important stuff
