Meet Theodore

Wee man Theodore is now looking to go out for some youngster handling. Sweet Theodore is a very inquisitive young lad who loves exploring everywhere. He sadly had Uveitis in his right eye and though treated successfully the first time, the second time he got it, we found that he had gone blind in that eye. Due to this it was decided that the eye would be removed to make him more comfortable. Despite losing the eye, Theo has adapted extremely well and some days it's easy to forget the eye is missing. As he is still young, Theo is looking for a competent handler who can bring him on in his education. As he is so relaxed with his missing eye, we think that he could be suitable as a children's pony when he turns 4 as long as he has been assessed by a vet. Theo behaves for the vet and farrier but he will need a confident handler to keep his concentration as he can become distracted and move around. Theo can live out all year round with geldings.
