Meet Logan

Handsome boy Logan is looking for a new home as a non- ridden companion. Logan is very friendly, good to handle and loves to come over in the field to see you and investigate what you're up to. This will be Logans first home since being rescued so we are looking for a rehomer who will give him lots of confidence and time to settle into a new environment. Logan could stable part time on a quiet yard, can have normal grazing in winter, though he may need some restriction in the spring and summer and is looking for a home where he isn’t left alone. He is a very fun and playful field mate with horses he knows but he can be anxious when introduced to new horses. The perfect home for Logan would be one where he can happily live next door to his field mate for as long as he needs to feel safe and secure. It will be important for Logan to be able to interact with his new friend over post and rail fencing initially so he can have the chance to really get to know them in his own safe space before being integrated into the same field. We are looking for a set up that can facilitate this.

Important stuff

Logan can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Logan is not suitable to be worked.

History

Logan came into the centre as an unhandled stallion following an owners request for help.
