Meet Pumpkin
Pumpkin is ready to rehome as a companion with potential. She is an incredibly friendly, laid back pony who takes everything in her stride. Pumpkin has been very lightly backed, which she was very well behaved for, and now currently long reins around our farm tracks three times a week. Pumpkin is best suited to a home where she will be hacked only as she can't stand up to the rigours of school work. She would make a fab pony for a child that just wants to amble around the countryside and she would ride and lead off another horse. Pumpkin has a maximum rider weight including tack of 5 1/2 stone. She is very easy to catch, handle, groom, bath and for the vet and farrier. She does need her weight watching through the spring/summer months. Pumpkin doesn't like being left on her own so will need a home where she will have the company of another equine at all times. If you can offer Pumpkin a home, please apply online.
Important stuff
Pumpkin could be worked in the future.
History
Pumpkin came into Penny Farm as part of a very large welfare case. There were a large number of ponies being kept in unsuitable conditions with limited access to water and forage.
