Stable Squad Competition Terms and Conditions
- Stable Squad competitions are open to anyone who has an active subscription to Stable Squad with the permission of their parent or legal guardian.
- The promoter of all Stable Squad competitions is World Horse Welfare, Anne Colvin House, Snetterton, Norwich, NR16 2LR.
- With the exception of the age restriction, all other World Horse Welfare competition terms and conditions apply (please see below).
World Horse Welfare Competition and Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- World Horse Welfare competitions and free prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over who meet the entry requirements stated in the promotion. Employees of World Horse Welfare and their close relatives are excluded.
- The promoter is World Horse Welfare, Anne Colvin House, Snetterton, Norwich, NR16 2LR.
- Entry instructions, deadlines and any restrictions will be stated in promotional materials. Entries received after the closing date or that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or submitted via automated means will be invalid.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries not received due to technical or other issues.
- The prize is as described in the promotion, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. Prizes are awarded “as is”.
- Winners are selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
- Winners will be notified using the contact details provided. If a prize is not claimed within 4 weeks of notifying the winner, World Horse Welfare reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- If a prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond reasonable control, a prize of equal or similar value may be substituted.
- Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the competition, subject to applicable data protection laws.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and World Horse Welfare’s privacy notice, solely for the administration of the competition.
- World Horse Welfare may amend, suspend or cancel a competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
- World Horse Welfare is not responsible for losses arising from participation or use of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Entries that breach these terms or undermine the fairness of the competition may be disqualified.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Competition or Free Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions.
