Candy
Meet Candy
Candy, or Anne as she is known on the yard, is ready to find a home as a non ridden companion due to not taking to ridden work. She is perfectly happy as a companion and is good to handle, catch, groom and lead. She is currently living out with shelter, but will happily come into a stable. Anne can be a little pushy with quieter ponies, so is better suited to company that is a little more strong willed. She does not like being left on her own, so it is important that she has equine company at all times. She is good for the vet, farrier and to bath. If you can offer Candy a home, please apply online.
Important stuff
Candy can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Candy is not suitable to be worked.
History
Candy came into Penny Farm in 2019 with an imbedded headcollar injury which had become infected.
