Patricia

Meet Patricia

Patricia is ready to rehome as a non ridden companion due to poor action. She is a lovely pony, who is good to catch, handle, groom, and for the vet and farrier. She is currently living out with a rug and shelter within a group of mares, but will also mix with geldings. She is happy to come into a stable to be groomed, and as part of a routine. Patricia is best suited to being out with bigger horses with strong personalities to help guide her as she grows up. She doesn't tend to need her weight watching closely, so can live out with horses that need a bit more grass. She doesn't like being left on her own, so will need a home where she will have the company of another equine at all times. If you can offer Patricia a home, please apply online.

Important stuff

Patricia can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Patricia is not suitable to be worked.

History

Patricia came into Penny Farm after she was transferred from another charity.
