Phoenix

Meet Phoenix

Phoenix is ready to find a new home as a non-ridden companion. He is a friendly boy who will always be first to come and chat to you in the field or stable. He will best suit a home where the other horses or ponies are on restricted grazing as he is prone to weight gain. Phoenix will happily live out all year round but equally, he is happy to be stabled part time. A quiet yard environment would be ideal as he can become a little worried if his surroundings are too busy. Phoenix could potentially be left for short periods of time whilst his friends are out riding although this would need to be introduced gradually.

Important stuff

Phoenix can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Phoenix is not suitable to be worked.

History

Phoenix arrived at the centre through a call for owner support.
