Rurik is an intelligent pony with a curious nature. He can get anxious at times but this is nothing unusual for his age. With more life experience he will only grow in confidence. Rurik is good to handle for his age and generally an easy pony to care for. He gets on well with others and mixes well in the herd. Rurik has the potential to be backed to ride when he is at least 5 years old if his rehomer has previous experience of this. His estimated adult height is 13.2hh which will give him a maximum rider weight limit of 8 to 8.5 stones. We are equally happy for Rurik to remain a permanent non-ridden companion. Either way he will be a lovely little chap to have around.
