Meet High Glen Kishea

Kishea is a kind, sensitive mare who usually finds herself in the middle of the pecking order. She is wary of new situations and likes to keep her friends in sight. Kishea is generally good to be handled by a calm, quiet person to build her confidence. Once you have gained her trust, Kishea is an absolute sweetheart who will follow you around in the field. Kishea is happy living out 24/7 with shelter although she has been stabled at night in winter in the past. This sweet little mare will be best suited to a small, quiet yard with a regular routine.

Important stuff

High Glen Kishea can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that High Glen Kishea is not suitable to be worked.

History

Kishea was signed over to World Horse Welfare when her owner contacted us for help.
