Meet Thelma
Thelma is a sweet little girl with a lovely nature. She gets on well with others in her herd but does tend to let them know how she is feeling with her variety of facial expressions, despite this Thelma is never nasty. Thelma is a forward going, spritely pony who takes a keen interest in what is going on. She is good to handle and an easy pony to care for. She will need her weight monitoring, so she is better suited to share with others with similar dietary requirements. Thelma makes a delightful non-ridden companion.
Important stuff
Thelma can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Thelma is not suitable to be worked.
History
Thelma originally came into our care as a welfare concern. She had been out on loan for over 13 years and was only returned following a change in circumstances.
