Meet Sharon

Sharon is a pretty little mare with a sweet nature. She is quite sensible and was a good mother to her young foal. Although Sharon can be protective of her food this is understandable considering her past. Sharon seems to enjoy being groomed and will happily stand during the experience. Sharon could make a nice little driving pony if her rehomer has previous experience of producing ponies to drive. She could also be backed to ride but probably only as a lead rein pony due to her size. Her maximum rider weight limit would be 5.5 to 6 stones. We are equally happy for Sharon to remain a companion only to others with similar dietary requirements.

Important stuff

Sharon could be worked in the future.

History

Sharon came into our care with her 6 months old foal. Both were very underweight and had clearly been neglected.
