Meet Pascala

Pascala is a pretty, dainty little mare with a great temperament. She is easy to spot in the field as her unique markings make her really stand out. She loves fuss and attention and her natural curiosity makes her quick to learn. Pascala is generally well mannered and will respect the boundaries if they are clear and consistent. Pascala loves her food and gains weight easily so she will require restricted grazing and her weight monitored. She is a sociable girl who is loyal to her friends and gets very attached. Pascala is not suitable to ride but she makes a lovable non-ridden companion to others.
Important stuff
This horse is based at Hall Farm, where we’ve been managing a strangles outbreak in some of our horses. They have been screened using guttural pouch lavage (the gold standard test), completed a full course of strangles vaccinations, and spent time in quarantine in a green zone paddock. They are now available for rehoming as part of our phased return to normal activities.
Pascala can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Pascala is not suitable to be worked.
History
Pascala's mother was a welfare case who arrived at Hall Farm in foal. Pascala was born at Hall Farm in April 2014.
