Meet Tullibardine Ballet Ribbon

Ribbon is ready to rehome as a non ridden companion. She is a lovely little pony, who is very friendly and kind. She is good to catch, handle, groom, bath and for the vet and farrier. She likes being fussed over and groomed. Ribbon gets on well with others, and is currently living out with shelter, but will happily come in to a stable with others around her. She isn't keen on being left completely on her own, so will need a home where she'll have the company of another pony at all times, and she does require her weight watching through the Spring/Summer months, so a home with ponies of similar requirements would be ideal for her. Ribbon would love to be taken out for in hand walks to explore and give her variety in her day. This would also help with her weight management. If you can offer Ribbon a home, please apply online.

Tullibardine Ballet Ribbon can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Tullibardine Ballet Ribbon is not suitable to be worked.

History

Ribbon came into Belwade Farm in March 2021 with a group of Welsh ponies as part of a welfare concern. The owner was struggling to care for 20 ponies and welfare issues such as dental issues and hoof problems had started to arise.
