Meet Almond
Almond was born at Hall Farm so she really is a blank canvas who has only known kindness and respect in her short life. She is bright as a button and seems to have a bit of a cheeky side to her nature. Almond is very inquisitive and not above looking for mischief. Almond is a friendly little filly and so far has been very good to handle with a willing nature. As she is so young we are looking for a rehomer with previous experience of foals who can further her education and channel her energy in the right direction. She will also need to share her grazing with another small pony who can keep her occupied as she learns horse behaviour. Her mother is 11.0hh and we suspect that Almond will make a similar height, although this is an estimate as we have no knowledge of her sire. An application has been made for Almond's passport and we just need to wait for that to be issued before she leaves the farm. Almond will make an adorable non-ridden companion to another youngster with similar dietary requirements
Important stuff
Almond can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Almond is not suitable to be worked.
History
Almond's pregnant mother arrived at Hall Farm as a welfare concern. Almond was born at Hall Farm in May 2025
