Meet Boyo

Boyo is now looking for his new home as a companion. When he first arrived he was quite shy when around people and liked to hide behind his friends when approached. In the time he has been here his groom has done a lot of work on his confidence and now he is a very confident. Boyo enjoys coming in for a groom and a snack in the barn. He is known for being quite vocal and letting everyone know he has arrived. He is also well behaved for our vet and farrier. We suspect Boyo was gelded late as he has a keen interest in mares, due to this he will be looking for a gelding-only home. Being a little Welsh pony Boyo does gain weight easily, so he will be looking for friends who are also on restricted grazing. If you think that Boyo sounds like the one for you please apply online.

Boyo can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Boyo is not suitable to be worked.
