Divani

Meet Divani

Divani is the kindest, most gentle horse you could wish to meet. She is just a beautiful person both inside and out and she has become a firm favourite with all the grooms. Divani's gentle nature and desire to avoid conflict means we are looking for a kind companion for her as she can find more dominating companions intimidating. Divani is a polite mare and very good to handle. She loves human company and will often follow you around the field just to be friendly. This genuine mare deserves to find a very special home where she can live out her golden years in peace and harmony with a like minded companion.

Important stuff

Divani can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Divani is not suitable to be worked.

History

Divani came to World Horse Welfare under the Retraining of Racehorses scheme. She had raced in the past and before coming into our care was in a private home where she was deemed to be in a vulnerable position through no fault of her owner. She was reluctantly returned from loan recently following a change in circumstances of her rehomer. Divani came back with a glowing report.
