Meet Cilybebyll Frankie

Frankie is ready to rehome as a non ridden companion due to not withstanding ridden work. He is a lovely, friendly pony who likes lots of fuss and attention. He can be a little wary in situations he's unsure of and looks to his handler for reassurance. He is good to catch, handle, groom and for the vet and farrier. Frankie is currently living out unrugged, with shelter, but will happily come in to a stable with company around him for weight management purposes and to be groomed. He doesn't like being left on his own, so will need a home where he can have equine company around him at all times. He gets on well with others, but does tend to be higher up in the herd dynamics. All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Cilybebyll Frankie is not suitable to be worked.

History

Frankie came into Penny Farm as part of a large welfare case. He had had limited handling on arrival.
