Meet Duncan

Duncan is ready to find his new home as a ridden pony. He is a lovely, friendly pony who is very well mannered. He gets on well with others and is best suited to living with geldings, but will happily go in a field next to mares. He is regularly ridden in the arena and out hacking. He really loves to jump and has regularly taken part in cross country a previous home. We are looking for a confident and experienced older teenager/adult who will keep Duncan in consistent work and regularly take him out as he loves to explore and have variety in his work, he doesn't enjoy arena work on a consistent basis. He has been known to have a little buck with excitement so is not a novice ride. He is very good to catch, handle, groom, bath and for the vet and farrier and stands like a rock to be clipped. He needs his weight watching all year round, so is better suited to a home with ponies of similar needs. Duncan has a maximum weight limit excluding tack of 11 stone.
